What to expect
Don't let your pavement cracks go untreated.
Cracks allow water to seep in to your pavement/ sub base and freeze, causing the crack to widen over time and form a potholes or raveled areas.
Commercial grade crack sealing is intended to settle down into the crevice of the asphalt. We recommend crack seal when a gap of 1/4" or wider has formed on the surface.
What to expect
Our Crack Sealing Process
Residential
Remove all vegetation to a minimum depth of 1/2 inch.
Blow off all loose debris like dust or loose aggregate. Proper surface preparation will facilitate adequate adhesion and consequently the maximum service life of the crack seal.
Cold pour crack sealant will be applied to the cracks using a squeegee to seal the cracks and give a smoother finish.
Commercial

Hot rubberized crack sealant will be applied to the cracks using a kettle that can maintain high temperatures for the sealant to go down at optimal temperatures to seal the cracks.
