Seal Coating

Before we seal the pavement, we prepare it by clearing away debris, if requested we will then seal cracks by applying cold or hot rubberized crack sealant.

Once prepped coal tar or asphalt based coating is applied to the surface of asphalt as a liquid using equipment like a sprayer or brush/ squeegee. Work can be done on parking lots, roads, and more.

The coating dries into a solid surface that will seal and protect your pavement from traffic and the elements.
We recommend shutting down areas sealed for 24-48 hours.
